TEMPERATURE SWITCH INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL TEMPERATURE SWITCH

   
   

   1. Using a 19 mm union nut wrench, install a new temperature switch.

      Torque:

      7.4 N*m  { 75 kgf*cm, 65 in.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not apply any excessive force to the pipe when installing the temperature switch.

   2. Connect the temperature switch connector.

2. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER

3. ADD ENGINE COOLANT

   Click here

4. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK

   Click here

5. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER (for Half Cover Type)

6. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER (for Metal Type)
