THERMOSTAT(for Cylinder Block) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL THERMOSTAT (for Cylinder Block)

   
   

   1. Install a new No. 1 water inlet housing gasket to the thermostat (for Cylinder Block).

   2. Install the thermostat (for Cylinder Block) to the cylinder block sub-assembly.

2. INSTALL WATER INLET

   
   

   1. Install the water inlet and a new heater return gasket with 3 new bolts.

      Torque:

      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

3. INSTALL TIMING CHAIN COVER ASSEMBLY
