VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE(for ACIS) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE ASSEMBLY (for ACIS)

   
   

   1. Install the bracket to the vacuum switching valve assembly (for ACIS) with the screw.

      Torque:

      3.3 N*m  { 34 kgf*cm, 29 in.*lbf }

   2. Install the vacuum switching valve assembly (for ACIS) to the intake manifold with the bolt.

      Torque:

      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

   3. Connect the No. 2 air hose and vacuum hose to the vacuum switching valve assembly (for ACIS).

   4. Connect the connector to the vacuum switching valve assembly (for ACIS).
