PROCEDURE


  1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER

    Click here

  3. REMOVE V-RIBBED BELT

    Click here

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 IDLER PULLEY SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  5. REMOVE ENGINE WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. A012LPH

      Remove the 2 clamps and disconnect the 4 injector driver connectors.

    2. A012F3H

      Using a 12 mm deep socket wrench, remove the 7 bolts, engine water pump assembly and gasket.
