WATER PUMP INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL ELECTRIC WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the electric water pump assembly to the fan shroud with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:

      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }

2. CONNECT NO. 3 TURBO WATER HOSE

   
   

   1. Connect the No. 3 turbo water hose to the electric water pump assembly and slide the clip to secure it.

3. CONNECT NO. 4 TURBO WATER HOSE

   
   

   1. Connect the No. 4 turbo water hose to the electric water pump assembly and slide the clip to secure it.

   2. Connect the electric water pump assembly connector.

4. ADD COOLANT (for Intercooler)
