ROOF WINDOW FIX GLASS REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the roof headlining assembly Click here.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF WINDOW GLASS SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 24 nuts and No. 1 roof window glass.

  3. REMOVE NO. 6 SUNSHADE TRIM PROTECTOR


    1. A002Q0N

      Remove the protector.

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 SLIDING ROOF SEAL


    1. A002N9K

      Remove the seal.

      Note

      When removing the No. 2 sliding roof seal, replace it with a new one.
