PROCEDURE

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

   CAUTION:

   Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

   Note

   When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

2. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover)

3. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY

4. REMOVE DECK RAIL COVER (w/o Spare Tire)

5. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRAY (w/ Spare Tire)

6. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX LH

7. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX RH

   Click here

8. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE BELT HOLE COVER LH

9. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE BELT HOLE COVER RH

10. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER

11. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT TRACK COVER

12. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY

14. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

    1. 

       Remove the bolt and rear airbag sensor.

    2. Disconnect the connector.
