NAVIGATION ECU INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NAVIGATION ECU


    1. Connect the connector to install the antenna cord sub-assembly.

    2. Attach the clamp.

      Align the 2 positioning bosses of the navigation ECU with the hole in the radio and display receiver assembly, and then place the navigation ECU on the radio and display receiver assembly.

    4. Connect the antenna cord sub-assembly connector.

    5. Connect the 4 connectors to install the No. 1 navigation wire.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 2 radio bracket with the 5 screws.

      Torque:
      4.0 N*m  { 41 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 1 radio bracket with the 5 screws.

      Torque:
      4.0 N*m  { 41 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY
