FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE FUEL SUCTION WITH PUMP ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Remove the fuel suction with pump Click here.

2. REMOVE FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY

   Click here

3. REMOVE FUEL PUMP

   Click here

4. REMOVE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. 

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, remove the fuel pressure regulator.

      Note

      Slowly pull out the fuel pressure regulator because the O-ring is firmly installed between the regulator and the fuel filter.

      Remove the 2 O-rings from the pressure regulator.
