CLUTCH SWITCH(for RHD) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL CLUTCH SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    A002ONM

    1. Install the clutch switch assembly with the nut.

      Torque:
      16 N*m  { 160 kgf*cm, 12 ft.*lbf }
    2. A002QVME01

      With the clutch pedal fully depressed, check the clearance.

      Standard Measurement
      Area Item Specified Condition
      a for 1AD-FTV, 1WW 0.5 to 3 mm (0.0197 to 0.118 in.)
      for 1ZR-FAE, 2ZR-FAE 1.7 to 4.2 mm (0.0669 to 0.165 in.)
