HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Detach the claw and disconnect the headlight cleaner hose .

      Remove the headlight cleaner clamp as shown in the illustration.

      Remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER LH

      Detach the claw and remove the headlight cleaner washer nozzle cover LH.

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER BRACKET LH

    Note

    Do not remove the headlight cleaner washer bracket LH except when replacing it.

      Remove the screw.

      Remove the headlight cleaner washer bracket LH.

    3. Remove the old double-sided tape from the front bumper cover.

  7. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER BRACKET RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  8. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE

      Remove the 4 clamps and headlight cleaner hose.
