AIR CONDITIONING PRESSURE SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONER PRESSURE SENSOR

    1. Apply sufficient compressor oil to the O-ring of a new air conditioner pressure sensor and the connecting surface.

      Compressor oil
      ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

      Note

      Keep the O-ring and O-ring fitting surfaces free of foreign matter.

    2. Using a 27 mm deep socket wrench, install the air conditioner pressure sensor.

      Torque:
      10.8 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

    3. Connect the connector.

  4. CHECK FOR REFRIGERANT GAS LEAK

  5. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL
