DESCRIPTION


The cooler thermistor (duct sensor RH*1 or LH*2) detects the duct temperature and sends the appropriate signals to the air conditioning amplifier assembly.

  1. READ VALUE USING GTS (FOOT DUCT SENSOR [REAR P])


    • *1: for LHD

    • *2: for RHD

  2. INSPECT COOLER THERMISTOR (DUCT SENSOR)


    • *1: for LHD

    • *2: for RHD

  3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY - COOLER THERMISTOR [DUCT SENSOR])


    1. Disconnect the E35 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

    2. for LHD:


      1. Disconnect the L11 cooler thermistor (duct sensor RH) connector.

    3. for RHD:


      1. Disconnect the K21 cooler thermistor (duct sensor LH) connector.

    4. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      E35-31 (SGND) - L11-2 (-) Always Below 1 Ω
