SEAT HEATER SYSTEM Driver Side Seat Heater does not Operate

DESCRIPTION

When the refreshing seat switch LH is operated, the air conditioning amplifier assembly receives the signal. The air conditioning amplifier assembly receives the signal and operates the front seat heater.

    1. Disconnect the E35 and E36 air conditioning amplifier assembly connectors.

    2. Disconnect the c13 seat heater control sub-assembly LH connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      E36-16 (SHD+) - c13-1 (SWL) Always Below 1 Ω
      E35-19 (TSL) - c13-5 (THL) Always Below 1 Ω

    1. Disconnect the V10 refreshing seat switch RH connector.

    2. Disconnect the V8 refreshing seat switch LH connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
