  1. CHECK POWER FOLDING-UP FUNCTION

    CAUTION:


    • Make sure the surrounding area is safe and then perform each operation.

    • Open the back door and perform each operation from the rear of the vehicle.

    Tech Tips

    The power folding-up function operates when the following conditions are met:


    • The back door is open.

    • The engine switch is off, or on (ACC) or on (IG) with the shift lever in P.


    1. Table mode operation (from the original position to the table position)

    1. Indicator and buzzer operation conditions.

      The operation stops during operation due to an operation condition not being met (no fold seat switch operation, shift lever not in P when engine switch is on (IG), etc.). ○ ○ - - - ○
      The folding-up motor stops due to a malfunction being detected during operation (excessive current, abnormal pulse signal, etc.). ○ - ○ - - ○
      The seatback does not reach the table position from the original position after pressing and holding the fold switch for 10 seconds. ○ - ○ - - ○
      The closer motor stops due to a malfunction being detected during operation (excessive current, position cannot be determined, etc.). ○ - - - ○ ○
      The seat is stopped between normal positions when operation conditions have been met. - ○ - - - ○
      An operation condition is not met when the fold switch is pressed (shift lever is not in P when the engine switch is on (IG), etc.). - - ○ - - -

      *: An on signal is output but the display only turns on when the engine switch is on (IG).

        Tech Tips

        Blinking 1: Turns on and off once every 0.8 +/-0.08 seconds (while operation conditions are met)

        Blinking 2: Turns on and off once every 0.8 +/-0.08 seconds (3 times)

        Blinking 3: Turns on and off once every 2.4 +/-0.24 seconds (while operation conditions are met)
