  • Use the same procedures for the LH side and RH side.

  • The procedures listed below are for the LH side.


  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER LH


    1. Remove the rear seat cushion hinge cover LH Click here.

  3. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT HINGE COVER LH


    1. Remove the rear No. 2 seat hinge cover LH Click here.

  4. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH


    1. Remove the reclining adjuster cover RH Click here.

  5. OPEN BOTTOM OF SEATBACK COVER

    1. Detach the hook.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Detach the clamp.

    2. Remove the nut, bolt and striker.

  7. REMOVE POWER SEAT MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the power seat motor sub-assembly Click here.

  8. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the rear No. 2 seat Click here.

  9. REMOVE REAR STEP COVER

  10. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

  11. REMOVE REAR FLOOR MAT REAR SUPPORT PLATE

  12. REMOVE FRONT QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY LH

  13. REMOVE REAR ROOF NO. 1 AIR DUCT

  14. REMOVE NO. 1 WOOFER BOX SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (for RH Side, w/ Woofer)

  15. UNLOCK FOLD SEAT LEG LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY BY HAND

    1. Pull the release lever in the direction shown in the illustration to release the lock.
