DESCRIPTION

The No. 2 ultrasonic sensor (rear corner sensor RH) is installed on the rear bumper. The ECU detects obstacles based on signals received from the No. 2 ultrasonic sensor (rear corner sensor RH). If the No. 2 ultrasonic sensor (rear corner sensor RH) has an open or other malfunction, it will not function normally.

Note

If DTCs are output after repairs, turn the engine switch on (IG) and turn the LEXUS parking assist-sensor system on. Then clear the DTCs Click here.

  2. REPLACE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (REAR CORNER SENSOR RH)


    1. Replace the No. 2 ultrasonic sensor (rear corner sensor RH) with a normally functioning one Click here.
