RADIO RECEIVER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 2 radio bracket with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      3.0 N*m  { 31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 1 radio bracket with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      3.0 N*m  { 31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET


    1. Connect the connectors.

    2. Insert the multi-media module receiver assembly with bracket to attach the 4 claws and 2 clips on its backside.

      Note

      When inserting the radio receiver, do not press the knobs on it.

    3. B0018ZW

      Install the multi-media module receiver assembly with bracket with the 2 screws and 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.5 N*m  { 87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY

  5. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  6. INSTALL NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE

    Click here

  7. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  8. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  9. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH

  11. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  12. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL
