PERFORMANCE DAMPER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL TOWER BAR BRACKET LH


    1. Install the tower bar bracket LH with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      67 N*m  { 683 kgf*cm, 49 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL TOWER BAR BRACKET RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  3. INSTALL SUSPENSION TOWER DAMPER

      *e Suspension Tower Damper

      Install the suspension tower damper with the 2 spacers, 2 nuts and 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      40 N*m  { 408 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not compress or extend the suspension tower damper.

      Tech Tips

      Make sure to install the suspension tower damper with the label positioned on the lower side of the vehicle.
