  1. INSPECT COMBINATION SWITCH ASSEMBLY (EASY ACCESS MODE SWITCH)

      (Combination Switch Assembly (Access Mode Switch))
      *b for LHD
      *c for RHD

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      for LHD
      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      6 (ECU1) - 16 (GND) Pushed and held Below 1 Ω
      Not pushed 10 kΩ or higher
      for RHD
      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      3 (ECU1) - 13 (GND) Pushed and held Below 1 Ω
      Not pushed 10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, replace the combination switch assembly (access mode switch).
