C1794 Height Control OFF Switch Circuit (Test Mode DTC)

DESCRIPTION

This is the height control system main switch. When the height control switch (integration control and panel assembly) is pushed, the height control OFF indicator light lights up and height control turns off.

The off condition of the height control will not be canceled until the height control switch (integration control and panel assembly) is pushed again or the vehicle is driven.

  • If the suspension control ECU or height control sensor is replaced, the vehicle height offset calibration must be performed Click here.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY (HEIGHT CONTROL OFF SWITCH)


    1. Remove the height control OFF switch (integration control and panel assembly) Click here.

    2. Inspect the height control OFF switch (integration control and panel assembly) Click here.

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU - SWITCH AND BODY GROUND)

    *1 Rear view of wire harness connector: (to Suspension Control ECU)
    *2 Front view of wire harness connector: (to Integration Control and Panel Assembly)

    1. Disconnect the K30 ECU connector.

    2. Disconnect the V12 integration control and panel assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      K30-11 (TD) - V12-22 (N) Always Below 1 Ω
      K30-11 (TD) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      V12-1 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
