OIL COOLER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL FRONT RH

  2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL REAR RH

    Click here

  3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    Click here

  4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Click here

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER

    Click here

  7. REMOVE FRONT UPPER CENTER BUMPER RETAINER

    Click here

  8. REMOVE OUTLET NO. 1 OIL COOLER HOSE

      *2 Inlet No. 1 Oil Cooler Hose

      Detach the claw to open the flexible hose clamp.

    2. Slide the 2 clips and remove the outlet No. 1 oil cooler hose.

  9. REMOVE INLET NO. 1 OIL COOLER HOSE


    1. Slide the 2 clips and remove the inlet No. 1 oil cooler hose.

  10. REMOVE INLET NO. 2 OIL COOLER HOSE

    1. Slide the 2 clips and remove the inlet No. 2 oil cooler hose.

  11. REMOVE INLET NO. 3 OIL COOLER HOSE


    1. Slide the 2 clips and remove the inlet No. 3 oil cooler hose.

  12. REMOVE INLET NO. 4 OIL COOLER HOSE

      Slide the 2 clips and remove the inlet No. 4 oil cooler hose.

  13. REMOVE OIL COOLER TUBE

    1. Remove the 2 bolts and oil cooler tube.

  14. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER AIR DUCT (except Sport Package)


    1. B001AHA

      Remove the 4 bolts and transmission oil cooler air duct.

  15. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY


    1. B001954

      Remove the 4 bolts and oil cooler assembly.

    2. B0018AH

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the air cooled oil cooler tube from the rear transmission oil cooler air duct.

    3. Remove the 4 bolts and rear transmission oil cooler air duct.

      Slide the 2 clips and remove the air cooled oil cooler tube.

    5. Slide the clip and remove the oil cooler inlet hose.

    6. Slide the clip and remove the oil cooler outlet hose.
