VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL CHECK BALL BODY

      *2 Spring

      Install the spring and check ball body.

  2. INSTALL TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY

      Insert the pin of the manual valve into the hole of the manual valve lever sub-assembly.

    2. A01WS1WE06

      Install the 19 bolts to the transmission valve body assembly.

      Torque:
      11 N*m  { 112 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }
      Bolt Length
      Item Length
      Bolt A 36 mm (1.42 in.)
      Bolt B 25 mm (0.984 in.)
      Bolt C 45 mm (1.77 in.)
      Bolt D 50 mm (1.97 in.)

    3. Install the detent spring and detent spring cover with the bolt.

      Torque:
      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

  3. CONNECT TRANSMISSION WIRE
