Use the same procedures for LHD and RHD vehicles.
The procedures listed below are for LHD vehicles.
PROCEDURE
INSTALL MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY
Note
If the front bumper assembly or radiator grille has been replaced, check that the beam axis change mechanism is at the standard position (centered).
Only perform this procedure when the beam axis change mechanism adjustment position is not in the standard position (center).

Set beam axis to the standard position.
Turn the bolt so that the beam axis change mechanism is positioned as shown in the illustration.

| Difference between (A) and (B): 1 mm (0.0394 in.) or less |
Note
The beam axis change mechanism may be damaged if torque exceeding the specified amount (1.5 N*m{15kgf*cm.13 in.*lbf}) is applied.
Attach the 2 guides.

Tighten the 2 bolts and 2 screws on the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly.
Tech Tips
Tighten the bolts and screws in the order indicated in the illustration.
Connect the connector.
INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL
ADJUST MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY
When the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly is replaced, or the No. 1 millimeter wave radar sensor bracket is replaced or removed/installed, adjust the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly.
