OIL LEVEL SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL ENGINE OIL LEVEL SENSOR

    B0019CZ

    1. Install a new gasket to the engine oil level sensor.

    2. Install the engine oil level sensor with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

    3. Connect the sensor connector.

  2. CONNECT OIL COOLER TUBE


    1. B0019V6E03

      Temporarily install the oil cooler tube to the engine with the bolt A and B.

    2. Install the bolt C and tighten it to the specified torque. Then tighten bolt A and B to the specified torque.

      Torque:
      14 N*m  { 143 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf }

  3. ADD ENGINE OIL

  4. INSPECT FOR OIL LEAK

  5. INSPECT ENGINE OIL LEVEL

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  8. INSTALL FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  9. INSTALL FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  10. INSTALL FRONT FENDER APRON TRIM PACKING C
