CANISTER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FUEL TANK SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. DISCONNECT PARKING BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET

    Click here

  3. REMOVE CHARCOAL CANISTER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01WWEC

      Remove the bolt and disconnect parking brake actuator cable LH.

    2. Slide the clamp and disconnect the air inlet line hose.

      Slide the 2 clamps and disconnect the vent line hose and purge line hose.

    4. A01WSGA

      Remove the 3 bolts and charcoal canister assembly.

    5. Slide the clamp and remove the purge line hose from the charcoal canister assembly.

    6. Slide the clamp and remove the vent line hose from the charcoal canister assembly.

    7. Disconnect the fuel emission hose A from the 2 fuel hose clamps.

    8. Slide the clamp and remove the fuel emission hose A from the fuel emission hose sub-assembly.

    9. Slide the 2 clamps and remove the fuel emission hose B from the charcoal canister assembly and fuel emission hose sub-assembly.

    10. Slide the clamp and remove the fuel emission hose sub-assembly from the charcoal canister assembly.

    11. Remove the 2 fuel hose clamps from the charcoal canister assembly.
