MASS AIR FLOW METER(w/o DPF) ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT MASS AIR FLOW METER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Check the mass air flow value.


      1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

      2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

      3. Turn the GTS on.

      4. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Data List / Primary / MAF.

        Blow air into the mass hair flow meter sub-assembly, and check that the mass air flow meter value fluctuates.

        If the result is not as specified, check the mass air flow meter sub-assembly (See page ), or wiring and ECM Click here.
