  • Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

  • The procedures listed below are for the LH side.

  • When removing rear door front window frame moulding LH, heat the vehicle body and rear door front window frame moulding LH using a heat light.

Vehicle Body 40 to 60°C (104 to 140°F)
Rear Door Front Window Frame Moulding LH 20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F)

Note

Do not heat the vehicle body and rear door front window frame moulding LH excessively.

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work Click here.

  2. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

  3. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  4. REMOVE REAR DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG LH
