RADIATOR GRILLE REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL NO. 3 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER

2. INSTALL NO. 3 ULTRASONIC SENSOR

   Click here

3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER MOULDING COVER

   
   

   1. Attach the 2 claws to install the front bumper moulding cover.

   2. Install the 7 screws.

4. INSTALL NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE

   
   

   1. Attach the 5 clamp to install the No. 4 engine room wire.

   2. Connect the 2 connectors.

5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET

   
   

   1. for Type A:

      
      

      1. Attach the 4 claws and 2 guides to install the front bumper extension moulding bracket.

      2. Install the 2 screws.

   2. for Type B:

      
      

      1. Attach the 2 guides to install the front bumper extension moulding bracket.

      2. Install the 2 screws.

   3. for Type C:

      
      

      1. Attach the 2 claws and 2 guides to install the front bumper extension moulding bracket.

      2. Install the 2 screws.

   4. for Type D:

      
      

      1. Attach the 2 claws and 2 guides to install the front bumper extension moulding bracket.

      2. Install the 2 screws.

6. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM

   
   

   1. Attach the claw and guide to install the radiator grille emblem.

   2. Install the 2 screws.

7. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SEAL

   
   

   1. Attach the 16 clips to install the upper radiator seal.

8. INSTALL FRONT TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY

9. INSTALL MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)
