  1. CHECK COWL SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK LH AND MAIN BODY ECU (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU)

    *1 Main Body ECU (Multiplex Network Body ECU) - -

    1. Disconnect the cowl side junction block LH and main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connectors.

    2. Measure the voltage on the wire harness side connector according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Measure the voltage on the wire harness side connector according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    4. Reconnect the cowl side junction block LH and main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connectors.

    5. Measure the voltage and check for pulses according to the value(s) in the table below.

  2. CHECK HEADLIGHT ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Disconnect the A64 headlight ECU sub-assembly LH connector.

    2. Measure the resistance and voltage on the wire harness side connector according to the value(s) in the table below.

      • Since the A64 connector of the headlight ECU sub-assembly LH uses a waterproof connector, the voltage and pulses cannot be checked directly. The values listed are for reference only.

      • Since the B connector of the headlight ECU sub-assembly LH is connected to the connector inside the headlight assembly, the voltage and pulses cannot be checked directly. The values listed are for reference only.

    4. Measure the voltage and check of pulses according to the value(s) in the table below.
