  2. REPLACE ENGINE OIL AND OIL FILTER


    1. Replace the engine oil and oil filter.

  3. INSPECT COOLING SYSTEM


    1. Inspect the cooling system.

  6. INSPECT EXHAUST PIPES AND MOUNTINGS


    1. Visually check the pipes, hangers and connections for severe corrosion, leaks or damage.

  7. REPLACE SPARK PLUGS


    1. Replace the spark plugs.

  8. REPLACE DPR HOSE (w/ DPF)


    1. Replace the DPR hoses (No. 1 air hose, No. 2 air hose, No. 3 air hose and No. 4 air hose).

  9. INSPECT BATTERY ELECTROLYTE LEVEL


    1. Inspect the battery electrolyte level.

  10. INSPECT WATER SEDIMENT ACCUMULATOR (for 1VD-FTV)


    1. Inspect the water sediment accumulator.

  11. REPLACE FUEL FILTER


    1. Replace the fuel filter.

  12. INSPECT AIR CLEANER FILTER


    1. Remove the air cleaner filter.

    2. Visually check that the air cleaner filter is not excessively damaged or oily. Replace the air cleaner filter with a new one if necessary.

  13. INSPECT FUEL LINES, CONNECTIONS AND FUEL VAPOR CONTROL VALVE


    1. Visually check the fuel lines and hoses for cracks, leakage, loose connections and deformation. Also, visually check the vapor control valve for looseness.

  14. INSPECT FUEL TANK CAP GASKET


    1. Inspect the fuel tank cap gasket.
