DESCRIPTION
The VGRS ECU (front steering control ECU) detects a steering sensor malfunction by receiving an error signal from the steering sensor via CAN communication. If the VGRS ECU (front steering control ECU) detects this error signal, it turns the master warning light on, stores these DTCs and stops VGRS operation.

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT
Note
Since DTC C1B09/19 is stored in the DRS ECU (rear steering control ECU), after performing repairs on the VGRS system, clear the DTCs for the dynamic rear steering system. (When DTC C15C2/74 is stored, DTC C1B09/19 is not stored in the DRS ECU [rear steering control ECU]).
