RADIATOR GRILLE DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)

  3. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SIDE MOULDING LH


    1. for Sport Package:


      1. A000QQ1

        Detach the 6 claws and 2 guides and remove the radiator grille side moulding LH.

    2. except Sport Package:


      1. A000QXZ

        Detach the 6 claws and 2 guides and remove the radiator grille side moulding LH.

  4. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SIDE MOULDING RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING


    1. for Sport Package:


      1. A000RKS

        Detach the 7 claws and 6 guides and remove the radiator grille moulding.

    2. except Sport Package:


      1. A000MX4

        Detach the 7 claws and 6 guides and remove the radiator grille moulding.

  6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH


    1. for Sport Package:


      1. A000S8A

        Detach the 2 claws and guide and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

    2. except Sport Package:


      1. A000ODD

        Detach the 4 claws and clip and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

  7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (except Sport Package)


    1. A000NDI

      Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the 3 claws and clip and remove the front bumper hole cover RH.

  8. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM


    1. for Sport Package:


      1. A000SXA

        Remove the 2 spring nuts.

      2. Detach the claw and guide and remove the radiator grille emblem.

    2. except Sport Package:


      1. A000PY7

        Remove the 2 spring nuts.

      2. Detach the claw and guide and remove the radiator grille emblem.

  9. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. for Sport Package:


      1. Remove the 4 screws.

        A000SN6

      2. Detach the claw and remove the lower radiator grille.

    2. except Sport Package:


      1. Detach the 6 claws and remove the lower radiator grille.

        A000NO3

  10. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING (except Sport Package)


    1. Remove the 2 screws.

      A000NQC

    2. Detach the 8 claws and 8 guides and remove the lower radiator grille moulding.
