FRONT ACCELERATION SENSOR(for LHD) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL ACCELERATION SENSOR BRACKET


    1. A000SQR

      Install the acceleration sensor bracket with the bolt and nut.

      Torque:
      8.5 N*m  { 87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf }

    2. Attach the clip to connect the connector holder.

  2. INSTALL FRONT ACCELERATION SENSOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the front acceleration sensor assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      8.5 N*m  { 87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf }

      Note


      • Do not drop the sensor. If it is dropped, replace it with a new one.

      • The acceleration sensor must not be placed upside down.

    2. Connect the connector.

    3. Return the floor carpet to its original position.
