MOTOR WATER JACKET COVER ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER

  2. REMOVE FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER BRACE

    Click here

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER

    Click here

  4. DRAIN COOLANT (for Inverter)

    Click here

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 EXHAUST PIPE SUPPORT BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A000S7C

      Remove the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and No. 1 exhaust pipe support bracket.

  6. REMOVE MOTOR WATER JACKET COVER ASSEMBLY


    1. A000Q2M

      Remove the 12 bolts.

    2. A000NGO

      Insert the blade of an oil pan cutter between the hybrid vehicle transmission assembly. Cut through the applied sealer and remove the motor water jacket cover assembly.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the contact surfaces of the motor water jacket cover assembly.
