OIL PUMP MOTOR CONTROLLER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

  2. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT

  3. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER LH

    Click here

  4. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  5. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER

  6. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL

    Click here

  7. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET

    Click here

  9. DISCONNECT NO. 2 VENTILATION HOSE

    Click here

  10. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE

    Click here

  11. REMOVE AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  12. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CASE

    Click here

  13. DISCONNECT WIRE HARNESS

      *a Pull out the lock
      *b Release the lock
      *c Rotate the lever

      Release the lock of the connector.

    2. Release the lock lever of the connector as shown in the illustration. Disconnect the connector from the oil pump motor controller.

    3. Disconnect the 2 clamps.

      Disconnect the connector from the oil pump motor controller.

      *b Release the lock
      *c Rotate the lever

      Release the lock of the connector.

    6. Release the lock lever of the connector as shown in the illustration. Disconnect the connector from the oil pump motor controller.

  14. REMOVE OIL PUMP MOTOR CONTROLLER


    1. A000NO4

      Remove the 2 bolts, clamp and oil pump motor controller with bracket.

      Note

      Do not drop the oil pump motor controller.

    2. A000RTK

      Remove the 3 bolts and 2 oil pump motor controller brackets.
