SHIFT LEVER POSITION SENSOR ADJUSTMENT

PROCEDURE


  1. ADJUST SHIFT LEVER POSITION SENSOR


    1. Set the shift lever to N.

    2. Remove the nut and transmission control shaft lever.

      Loosen the 2 bolts of the shift lever position sensor.

    4. Align the groove and the neutral alignment mark line.

    5. Hold the switch in position and tighten the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    6. After adjustment, perform the inspection Click here.

    7. Install the transmission control shaft lever with the nut.

      Torque:
      16 N*m  { 163 kgf*cm, 12 ft.*lbf }
