THERMOSTAT INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL WATER INLET WITH THERMOSTAT SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install a new gasket on the water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly.

   2. Install the water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:

      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

2. CONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Connect the No. 2 radiator hose sub-assembly to the water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly and slide the clip to secure the hose.

3. INSTALL RADIATOR HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY

4. CONNECT AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS

   Click here

5. INSTALL SERVICE PLUG GRIP

   Click here

6. ADD ENGINE COOLANT

   Click here

7. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK
