WATER PUMP REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

   Click here

2. REMOVE RADIATOR HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

3. REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT

   Click here

4. REMOVE ENGINE WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the 3 bolts, 2 nuts and engine water pump assembly.

   2. Remove the water pump gasket from the engine water pump assembly.
