EXHAUST PIPE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR FLOOR BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 5 clips labeled B in the illustration.

    2. Loosen the 6 clips labeled A in the illustration and remove the No. 1 rear floor board sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR FLOOR BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A000PT3E02

      Remove the 5 clips labeled B in the illustration.

    2. Loosen the 6 clips labeled A in the illustration and remove the No. 2 rear floor board sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE FRONT CENTER FLOOR BRACE

      Remove the 6 bolts and 2 nuts.

    2. Loosen the 2 clips and remove the front center floor brace.

  5. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY


    1. A000T6R

      Remove the 2 nuts, 6 bolts, 4 compression springs and front exhaust pipe assembly.

    2. Remove the 3 gaskets from the front exhaust pipe assembly.

  6. REMOVE EXHAUST TAILPIPE LH


    1. A000R08

      Disconnect the 3 exhaust pipe supports to remove the exhaust tailpipe LH.

  7. REMOVE EXHAUST TAILPIPE ASSEMBLY


    1. A000NGX

      Disconnect the 3 exhaust pipe supports to remove the exhaust tailpipe assembly.
