CANISTER(w/ Canister Pump Module) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL CANISTER PUMP MODULE


    1. A000N8P

      Engage the 2 claws to install a new canister pump module to the canister.

      Note


      • Do not allow foreign matter such as grease, oil or water to adhere to the O-rings.

      • Ensure that the claws are engaged properly.

  2. INSTALL CHARCOAL CANISTER BASE BRACKET


    1. Install the charcoal canister base bracket with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL CHARCOAL CANISTER ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the charcoal canister assembly with the 3 nuts.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the 2 quick connectors, purge line hose and connector.

    3. Connect the wire harness with the 3 clamps.

  4. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 FLOOR BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the rear No. 1 floor board with the 6 clips and 4 grommets.
