SUB RADIATOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A000QJ2E03

      *a Upper
      *b 30°

      Attach the 2 claws to temporarily install the radiator assembly.

    2. Install the radiator assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      9.0 N*m  { 92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf }

    3. Connect the 2 water hoses.

      Note


      • Make sure that the clip is positioned as shown in the illustration.

      • Do not remove the tape or plastic bags from the pipes and disconnected hoses until installation.

  2. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT

  3. CONNECT NO. 2 ENGINE ROOM WIRE

  4. INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

  5. INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

  6. INSTALL HOOD LOCK RELEASE LEVER PROTECTOR

  7. ADD COOLANT (for Inverter)

  8. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Inverter)

  9. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET

  10. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL

  11. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER

  12. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER
