HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER LH

   Click here

3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER RH

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

   
   

   1. 

      Detach the claw and disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.

   2. 

      Remove the screw.

   3. Push the (A) and detach the claw and guide and remove the headlight washer actuator subassembly as shown in the illustration.

   4. 

      Remove the spring nut from the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH.

5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

6. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE

   
   

   1. Detach the 15 clamps and remove the headlight cleaner hose.

7. REMOVE NO. 2 WASHER BRACKET

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the No. 2 washer bracket.

   2. Remove the old double-sided tape from the front bumper cover.

8. REMOVE WASHER BRACKET

   Use the same procedure described for the No. 2 washer bracket.
