Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

  • A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Click here.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the console box assembly with the 2 screws and 5 bolts.

    2. Connect the connectors and attach the clamp.

  2. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE END PANEL


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the 4 clips, 2 claws and 2 guides to install the rear console end panel.

  3. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the 4 clips to install the instrument panel cup holder assembly.

  4. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL

    *3 Remote Touch Assembly

    1. Connect the connectors and attach the clamp.

    2. Attach the 9 clips to install the upper console panel together with the upper rear console panel sub-assembly and remote touch assembly.

    3. Install the 2 screws.

  5. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the shift lever knob and twist it in the direction indicated by the arrow.

    2. Attach the claw to install the shifting hole cover.

  6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH


    1. Attach the 5 clips and 2 guides to install the instrument panel finish panel end LH.

  7. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH


    1. Attach the 5 clips and 2 guides to install the instrument panel finish panel end RH.

  8. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the 9 clips and guide to install the center instrument cluster finish panel.
