PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL COOLER DRYER

      Modulator

      Using pliers, install a new cooler dryer to the modulator.

   2. Apply sufficient compressor oil to a new O-ring and the cap fitting surface.

      Compressor oil
      ND-OIL 11 or equivalent

      Modulator

      Using a 14 mm straight hexagon wrench, install a new cap to the cooler condenser core.

      Torque:

      2.9 N*m  { 30 kgf*cm, 26 in.*lbf }
