CONDENSER ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. If the fins of the cooler condenser are dirty, clean them with water and dry them with compressed air.

      Note

      Do not damage the fins of the cooler condenser.

   2. If the fins of the cooler condenser are bent, straighten them using a screwdriver or pliers.

2. CHECK CONDENSER FOR LEAKAGE OF REFRIGERANT

   
   

   1. Using a gas leak detector, check the pipe joints for refrigerant leakage.

   2. If refrigerant leakage is detected in a joint, check the torque of the joint.
