REAR AIR CONDITIONING PANEL DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE COOLER CONTROL SWITCH PANEL

    Note


    • Prevention of static electricity is required during this procedure.

    • Use static electricity countermeasures SST (desktop anti-static mat set) and observe all precautions to prevent damage to the system by electrostatic discharge (ESD).

    1. B002BAB

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. B002BD4

      Using a screwdriver, detach the 12 claws and remove the cooler control switch panel.

  2. REMOVE COOLER CONTROL SWITCH KNOB

      Remove the cooler control switch knob (rear air conditioning panel) from the cooler control case.

      Note


      • When replacing the cooler control switch knob (rear air conditioning panel), before starting work, remove static electricity that has built up in the body by touching, for example, the vehicle to prevent the circuit board sub-assembly from being damaged.

      • Do not damage the circuit board sub-assembly.

      Remove the 3 screws and circuit board sub-assembly.

      • When replacing the cooler control switch knob (rear air conditioning panel), before starting work, remove static electricity that has built up in the body by touching, for example, the vehicle to prevent the circuit board sub-assembly from being damaged.

      • Do not damage the circuit board sub-assembly.

      Remove the rubber switch from the cooler control switch knob (rear air conditioning panel).
