ROOF HEADLINING(for Long Body) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF WIRE


    1. Apply double-sided tape to the areas of the roof headlining as shown in the illustration.

    2. Align the roof wire's wire harness marking to the roof headlining front part (A), and apply tape {width: 8 mm (0.314 in.)} to fix the roof wire in place.

    3. Remove the peeling paper of the double-sided tape, and place the roof wire on the roof headlining along the wire harness marking areas.

    4. w/ Lane Keeping Assist System:

      Align the roof headlining protruding part with the roof wire's wire harness marking as shown in the illustration, and fix the roof wire in place.

    5. Fix the roof wire in place by applying vinyl tape to the roof wire harness marking areas as shown in the illustration. For areas near connectors, apply the vinyl tape as shown in the illustration (A).

    6. Attach the 2 claws to install the bulb holder.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to install the bulb holder on the other side.

  2. INSTALL ROOF SILENCER PAD


    1. A000VQD

      w/o Rear Seat Entertainment System, w/o Rear Cooler, for 5-Passenger with Ottoman:

      Align the roof silencer pads with the markings on the roof headlining and install the pads using double-sided tape.

    2. A000TF0

      w/o Rear Seat Entertainment System, w/ Rear Cooler, for 5-Passenger with Ottoman:

      Align the roof silencer pads with the markings on the roof headlining and install the pads using double-sided tape.

    3. A000ZWD

      w/ Rear Seat Entertainment System:

      Align the roof silencer pads with the markings on the roof headlining and install the pads using double-sided tape.
