ROOF HEADLINING(for Standard Body) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF WIRE

   
   

   1. w/o Sliding Roof:

      
      

      1. Apply double-sided tape to the areas of the roof headlining as shown in the illustration.

      2. Align the wire harness marking of the roof wire with the front part of the roof headlining (A), and apply tape {width: 8 mm (0.314 in.)} to fix the roof wire in place.

      3. Remove the peeling paper of the double-sided tape, and place the roof wire on the roof headlining along the wire harness marking areas.

      4. w/ Lane Keeping Assist System:

         Align the roof headlining protruding part with the roof wire harness marking as shown in the illustration, and fix the roof wire in place.

      5. Fix the roof wire in place by applying vinyl tape to the wire harness marking areas of the roof wire as shown in the illustration. For areas near connectors, apply the vinyl tape as shown in the part of the illustration labeled (A).

   2. w/ Sliding Roof:

      
      

      1. Apply double-sided tape to the areas of the roof headlining as shown in the illustration.

      2. Align the wire harness marking of the roof wire with the front part of the roof headlining (A), and apply tape {width: 8 mm (0.314 in.)} to fix the roof wire in place.

      3. Remove the peeling paper of the double-sided tape, and place the roof wire on the roof headlining along the wire harness marking areas.

      4. w/ Lane Keeping Assist System:

         Align the roof headlining protruding part with the roof wire harness marking as shown in the illustration, and fix the roof wire in place.

      5. Fix the roof wire in place by applying vinyl tape to the wire harness marking areas of the roof wire as shown in the illustration. For areas near connectors, apply the vinyl tape as shown in the part of the illustration labeled (A).

   3. Attach the 2 claws to install the bulb holder.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to install the bulb holder on the other side.

2. INSTALL ROOF SILENCER PAD

   
   

   1. 

      w/o Sliding Roof, w/o Rear Cooler:

      Align the roof silencer pads with the markings on the roof headlining and install the pads using double-sided tape.

   2. 

      w/o Sliding Roof, w/ Rear Cooler:

      Align the roof silencer pads with the markings on the roof headlining and install the pads using double-sided tape.

   3. 

      w/o Sliding Roof, w/ Rear Seat Entertainment System:

      Align the roof silencer pads with the markings on the roof headlining and install the pads using double-sided tape.

   4. 

      w/ Sliding Roof, w/o Rear Cooler:

      Align the roof silencer pads with the markings on the roof headlining and install the pads using double-sided tape.

   5. 

      w/ Sliding Roof, w/ Rear Cooler:

      Align the roof silencer pads with the markings on the roof headlining and install the pads using double-sided tape.
