REAR CONSOLE BOX(for 4-Passenger with Ottoman) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX PANEL

    A000ZST

    1. Detach the 4 clips and remove the rear seat console box panel.

  2. REMOVE DISC PLAYER ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. REMOVE TELEVISION SWITCH AND VOLUME ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the television switch and volume assembly.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE ARMREST BASE

    A000YQ3

    1. Remove the 2 covers and No. 2 seal.

    2. Remove the 8 screws and inner tray.

      *A w/ Cigarette Lighter

      Disconnect the connectors.


      1. w/ Cigarette Lighter:

        Disconnect the 4 connectors.

      2. w/ Power Outlet Socket:

        Disconnect the 3 connectors.

    4. A000YXB

      Detach the 10 claws and remove the rear seat console armrest base.

      Note

      Detach the claws of the rear seat console armrest base from the backside.

  5. REMOVE SEAT VIBRATOR SWITCH

    A000YM7

    1. Detach the wire harness clamp and remove the seat vibrator switch.

  6. REMOVE REAR CIGARETTE LIGHTER COVER (w/ Cigarette Lighter)

  7. REMOVE REAR CIGARETTE LIGHTER ASSEMBLY (w/ Cigarette Lighter)

  8. REMOVE REAR CIGARETTE LIGHTER BEZEL STAY (w/ Cigarette Lighter)

    Click here

  9. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET (w/ Power Outlet Socket)

    Click here

  10. REMOVE NO. 2 POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER (w/ Power Outlet Socket)

    Click here

  11. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX WIRE

    A000TVA

    1. Detach the 3 wire harness clamps and remove the rear console box wire.
